Useful information in the Hotel Klawunn

The rooms, suites and apartments are available on the day of arrival from about 3:00 pm. For arrival after 7:30 pm please let us know. We will be happy to deposit the room card in a key safe at the night entrance for late arrivals.
If you arrive before 10:00 a.m., you are welcome to have breakfast at our hotel.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible on request and for a fee, subject to availability.

Park & GO

For our guests there are good parking facilities directly in front of the hotel. The flat parking fee for all outdoor parking spaces is € 3,- per day and car. Free parking spaces are about 200 m away.

If you wish to have a fixed reserved parking place during your vacation in our hotel, you can book one of the eight covered parking places for € 9,- per day and car. Here the car is protected from weather and cold. First come, first serve!

The bus parking lot is available at the train station in Fürth - about 200 meters away. Loading and unloading of course in front of the hotel.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in our hotel and in the rooms! There are smoking facilities on our beautiful sun terrace.

Local tax

All prices are excl. local tax of € 1.20 per person (from the age of 15)

Deposit, reservation and cancellation

In case of a fixed reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid to our account. Please transfer the remaining amount to our account until 2 weeks before arrival or pay cash or with EC or ATM card, Visa or Mastercard on the eve of departure or already a few days before at the reception to avoid waiting times.
A booking is a contract of sale. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees apply. Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely canceled. We would like to save you the associated costs and trouble. Therefore, we recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid cover). We recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (incl. helicopter recovery).

Our cancellation conditions

up to 2 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
from 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 30 % of the travel price
from 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the travel price
in case of cancellation within the last week we will charge you 90 % of the tour price
in case of early departure 100 % will be charged

Special Cancellation Condition (COVID):

if due to a Corona infection or an officially ordered quarantine (notice) your vacation cannot be started, you can cancel 48 hours before arrival free of charge. If the hotel is subject to an official ban on entering, either as part of a general lockdown or if closed due to Covid, you can also cancel free of charge.

All cancellation conditions also apply to the Salzburger Hütte.
